Initiated during the waning days of the Trump presidency, Talking Hard Traveling Battleground Blues features dystopian scenes from the American landscape. Made primarily in swing states, in both public and private spaces, as well as at sites of protest and civic unrest, these images evoke the anxiety felt by many as democracy is in peril at home and abroad.
